History and knowledge on the stigma surrounding pole dance and its cultural intersections with mental health

A live demonstration, showing how movement can be integrated into therapy for mindfulness and nervous system regulation.

Specializes in Trauma, Neurodivergence, Holistic Health and Wellness. Amber is certified as a Pole Fitness Instructor and moonlights at a fitness studio teaching alternative fitness classes that focus on movement and embodiment. She is passionate about helping others explore their true authentic selves and creating lives in alignment with their needs.
