Ticket Sales and Event Access
Q: Until when can I purchase online tickets? A: Online tickets are on sale until 15 minutes before the event starts. Q: Until when can I purchase in-person tickets? A: In-person tickets are on sale until 5 minutes before the event starts. Q: When do the doors (and online room) open for the event? A: Doors (and the online room) open 15 minutes before the event start time.
Refund Policy
Q: What is your refund policy? A: Refunds are given up to 4 days before the event date. Funds will be returned to your bank 3-5 business days after the refund is initiated.
Accessing Online Events
Q: How do I access the Zoom link for the event? A: The Zoom link will be emailed to you in your order confirmation, as well as in reminder emails leading up to the event. Some email filters may remove the links from our automated emails. If you do not receive the link, please reach out to info@securebaseproductions.com. Please check your spam folder and add us to your contacts. We typically send another email with the link in the days leading up to and the morning of the training.
seminar Recordings
Q: Will videos of the seminars be available? A: Sometimes. Please reach out to our info email for specific inquiries. Zoom recordings will not be sent out to live attendees. We record and edit videos of some of our trainings and publish them on our On Demand Trainings page. If you cannot attend live, please wait for the video to go live on our website or reach out to see if we can find another solution. Training videos will be published between 3 to 8 weeks after the live event.
Certificates of Completion
Q: How do I receive my certificate of completion for the live training? A: You will be emailed a PDF of your certificate upon completion of the event. If you do not receive the certificate, please check your spam folder, add us to your contacts, and reach out to info@securebaseproductions.com so we can help!
Group Registration Discounts
Q: Do you offer discounts for group registration? A: Yes, we do. Please reach out to info@securebaseproductions.com for more details. We typically offer 5% off for groups of 5 or more, 10% off for groups of 10 or more, and 15% off for groups of 15 or more.

On Demand Training FAQ
On Demand Trainings
Q: What are On Demand Trainings? A: Our On Demand Trainings are pre-recorded continuing education seminars that you can watch for free, anytime. If you'd like to receive CE credit and a certificate of completion, you’ll need to purchase the certificate. Q: Are CE hours available for these trainings? A: Yes. CE hours are available upon purchase of the certificate. Each course page lists which licensing boards have approved the training and how many CE hours are offered. Q: How do I get my certificate of completion? A: After watching the training, click the button below the video to purchase your certificate. Make sure you accurately type in the name and credentials you want on the certificate and the email address you want the certificate sent to. An evaluation form will also be sent to you. Please fill this out! A PDF of your Certificate of Completion will be sent to you within 3-5 business days of purchase. Q: Is there a deadline for purchasing the certificate or completing the course? A: There’s no deadline to purchase the certificate or complete the course. As long as the training remains available on our site, you can return anytime to complete and purchase it. Q: Do I have to finish the training in one sitting? A: No. You can pause, stop, and resume the training whenever you'd like! When purchasing the certificate, you are attesting to have watched the entire course. Q: What materials are included with the training? A: After you purchase the certificate, we will email you a copy of the speaker's slides and any available handouts. These materials are not included with the free viewing option. Q: Can I watch trainings on my phone or tablet? A: Yes! The videos are accessible on most devices with internet access, including phones, tablets, and computers.
Refund Policy
Q: What is your refund policy? A: All sales of certificates are final. There are no refunds offered.
