About the speakers: Carl Arnold, JD, is a family law attorney and mediator with over 20 years of experience. He has led foundational family mediation trainings, co-teaches a negotiation and mediation college course, and has served as President of the Collaborative Law Institute of Minnesota. He frequently speaks at legal seminars on family law and alternative dispute resolution. Terri Bly, PsyD, LP is a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive training in divorce mediation, high-conflict co-parenting, and collaborative divorce. Dr. Bly completed client-centered divorce mediation training at the Erickson Mediation Institute, high-conflict co-parenting training through Overcoming Barriers and William James College, and Collaborative Divorce training through the Collaborative Law Institute of Minnesota. She has served as a Divorce Neutral and developed therapy programs for families experiencing post-separation resist-refuse dynamics.
